From the 2022 hop harvest, Crux Fermentation Project has four fresh hop beer release in the pipeline. The schedule includes Pert Near Fresh Hop IPA, Crosby Strata Fresh Hop IPA, New Favorite Fresh Hop Hazy, and Off the Fence Fresh Hop NW Pale Ale.

Here are the details on each of the four fresh hop beers from Crux.

Pert Near Fresh Hop IPA  (JUST RELEASED)
Brewed with McKenzie hops. Find it in 16oz cans and on tap in our tasting room and be on the lookout; it will appear in markets soon!

Crosby Strata Fresh Hop IPA
Featuring, that’s right, you guessed it, the Strata hop. But not just any Strata hop, the new and experimental CGX™ Fresh Hop Lupulin, which packs BIG HOP taste and aroma. It is not for the hop faint of heart.

New Favorite Fresh Hop Hazy IPA
Brewed with #1019 hops. Look for it on draft and in cans in a couple of weeks.

Off the Fence Fresh Hop NW Pale Ale
Featuring Cascade hops that were pluck right from the brewery’s very own fence.

Crux Fermentation Project will also be participating in four fresh hop festivals around the Pacific Northwest. Look for them at the Sisters Fresh Hop Festival on Sept 24, Portland Fresh Hops Festival from Sept 30-Oct 1, Fresh Hops on the Pond in Bend on Sept 30, and Yakima Fresh Hop Ale Fest on Oct 8.
